We're back!

We'll be reopening our doors from 17 May! We'll be announcing when tickets go on sale shortly so keep an eye on our website and social media.

Monthly Infinity members, should have been contacted with details about when their payments will restart. Annual members should also now have their new expiry date too. If this isn't the case, please email help@lightcinemas.co.uk.

If you cancelled your membership with us and want to rejoin, we'll be in touch shortly with an easy way to do this.

During this difficult period, we have been so grateful for your loyal support plus that of our teams who have shown that cinema is still to be enjoyed. We more than believe in the big screen experience and we can't wait to welcome you back.

When will you reopen?

We have no set date yet but we'll be following any government advice as the health of our teams and guests remains our main priority and will be updating our website, posting on social media and emailing all of our members to confirm our plans for reopening.

How will we know when you’re reopening?

We‘ll be keeping our website updated, posting on our social media feeds, and emailing all our members when we have plans to reopen. Don’t worry we’ll be making a fuss!

I have tickets booked. What happens now?


All guests with bookings will be contacted and refunds automatically processed within 14 days. If you haven‘t received an email by 6 November please check your spam and junk folders before emailing help@lightcinemas.co.uk.

I am an Infinity member. What will happen to my membership?

We‘ll be freezing monthly payments and contacting you when we reopen to restart your membership and reinstate your payments. We‘ll also be pausing annual memberships and adding the time we were closed on to the end of your contract.

We‘ll also be contacting all our members to explain this further. If you haven‘t received an email by then please check your spam and junk folders before emailing help@lightcinemas.co.uk

I have a voucher/ gift card/ complimentary tickets that expire soon. What happens now?

As we did during our first lockdown closure, we‘ll extend your voucher/ gift card/ complimentary tickets for the period we are closed so you can use them when we reopen.
